How do you screen tenants?

We conduct thorough referencing, including credit, employment, and previous landlord checks, plus affordability assessments, to find reliable tenants. Rent Guarantee Insurance is also an option.

What are my legal duties as a London landlord?

You're responsible for safety certificates (Gas, Electrical, Fire), deposit protection, EPCs, and Right to Rent checks. Our Full Management service ensures full compliance; for others, we guide you through all legal obligations.
